Mayors
of the Russian city of Anapa and the city of Pomorie Sign Partnership
Agreement in Tourism Field
"The initiative belongs to my Russian colleague. I welcome it and I believe it will contribute to the tourism development in Pomorie and will attract more Russian tourists to our city. Pomorie was chosen because of its economic characteristics, well-developed tourism and wine producing" - said the Mayor of Pomorie city Engineer Petar Zlatanov.
Agreement
was signed in early September, when in Anapa city was held the second
conference for the member countries of the Organization for Black Sea
Economic Cooperation. The sponsors of the conference invited the
Mayors of the Black sea municipalities.
Anapa
is a resort city located on the Black Sea coast, a part of
Krasnodarskaya area. The Mediterranean climate, the mineral springs
and the beautiful beaches are natural features for the famous Russian
resort. Archaeological museums, international festivals,
entertaining, aqua park and various attractions are also part of the
town.
